Members of the board staff provide comprehensive support and administrative services to the board, promote effective governance among the board and other constituencies of the University, preserve institutional memory by maintaining the official record of the Board of Trustees, prepare for the future through strategic planning, and serve as liaison between, the board, committee and sub-committee chairs, and senior administrators of University departments and the University community.
